An Investigation of the Relationship Among Self-Esteem, Death Anxiety and Depression in Older Individuals According to Certain Variables: Descriptive Research

Objective: This study aims to identify the relationships among self-esteem, death anxiety and depression in older individuals according certain variables. Material Methods: descriptive relational screening was conducted with 330 who lived a city center volunteered participate study. Data were collected using socio-demographic form, Rosenberg's Self- Esteem Scale, Templer's Death Anxiety Geriatric Depression Scale Short Form. analyzed SPSS 22 statistical package program, p<0.05 accepted as statistically significant. Results: An analysis of individuals' mean scores for anxiety, risk relation their demographic characteristics indicated significant differences (p<0.05).
